Wow, it's been a month since I posted. Life has been busy and focused. Holidays have not been meaningful. I have spent very little time with my family. I have been resting up a lot. We only got a day off last week and only two this week. I hope to see some friends this week. Life has been on an even keel. Nothing dramatic but not exciting either. Love life has been up and down. I met a woman that I liked but not sure where she is. She is 10 years older than me and I think that is bothering her. She's been backing out, rather than going forward. She has a grown daughter and a teenager son. I don't mind that at all but she is not willing to spend much time with me. I have hard time with that. I don't think this is working out. I did meet another woman through a friend and she is my age. She is interested in going out, according to my friend. We met at my friend's birthday part and danced and had some great conversation. She has 3 kids, 2 of them living with her. I like her. However, some concerns from my part. She is stunningly beautiful. One of those woman who is out of my league. She's been a trophy wife for some rich guy in the past. What would she find intersted in me? It's not like I have lack of self confidence, otherwise I would not have asked her out, although it's purely platonic for now. However, I am a pragmatist. I never had luck with women like that in the past. They have had the the world delivered to them. After that, normal life seem too boring. Well, that's it for now. Hopefully I have more time to write after the new year. - eben
